Hi.
It's me, again.
What can I write about?
Tour is tour and it's one of those, you have to be here to experience it experiences.
We've done gigs, which some of you have seen and we've travelled around a lot and seen many lovely cities. It has been great fun but some of the gigs have been pretty empty and my Spanish guitar has been a pain in the arse with some of the venues not able to stop its inferenal feedback.
The bands have rocked it though, with TBF leading the charge with their indominable riffage.
I'm not a prolific blogsman so that's it for now.
We're all getting lonely on tour so text this number (07886965508) to let us know if you've been reading the bloggage.
See you when we see you innit.
Bo. Selecta x

Right.
I was supposed to do lots of these and haven't, because I didn't realise I was supposed to do lots of these.
I shall therefore make this a long 'un for y'all (and promise not to write any other contractions!)
Tour has been buff quite frankly, to use the parlance of our times.
I had my reservations about coming on tour without my band. Don't get me wrong, I've done plenty of gigs solo it's just that JW types are not my usual folk loving, beard stroking, pipe smoking, fly burned and nicotine stained, inside of a tea pot complexioned audience. Rather they are delightfully young and fresh faced fun time Frankies with a predisposition towards hair flicking, chit chatting and laugh out loud exuberance.
As such I anticipated that the audience would gently ignore my wet-cheeked acoustic tremblings in favour of sore jawed bar chat, and I have been largely right.
However, fear not because I always enjoy playing whether to one or one thousand AND there has been at least one person in every venue who has sweetly made there appreciation known after the show is over.
And as for the other bands I must say that I have become a fan musically and personally and wish them not luck, because they don't need such a thing, but all the success in the world.
Uhhhh, feel slightly sick now. They're all bastards! (better now).
Anyway, look out for Joshie McBray in the New Year.
I have recently (not quite finalised) signed on to a fantastic label in London and will be recording with some fantastic producers and musicians in the coming months with a mind to releasing a full band, bells and whistles, album in Feb/March ish.
It's gonna be Ace I think so get ready to pick it up y'all (sorry!)
Reet, take care of yourselves and each other.
See you on the road.
Peace
IamJosh x
